Bulverde/Spring Branch has experienced tremendous growth over the past few years. Comal County officials and the Bulverde City Council are working hard to maintain an excellent quality of life in conjuction with this growth by way of larger lot sizes and updated city and county services (police protection, emergency services, road maintenance, and a community park to name a few).
